This Agreement is effective as of April 13, 2007. bHungry reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise change this Agreement and/or the Additional Terms at any time. bHungry will provide notice of such change on this bHungry Website. Please review this Agreement and/or Additional Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the bHungry Website constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these changes without limitation, qualification or change. If at any time you do not accept these changes, you must immediately discontinue use of this bHungry Website to which the changes may apply.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BHUNGRY OR ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SERVICES WHETHER OR NOT BHUNGRY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
If you are dissatisfied with the Services or any content on any of bHungry’s or its client's website properties, or with these Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Services. You acknowledge, by your use of the Services, that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
